Hey! I am Chef Carla. I have been meditating for the last 23 years and have dreamt of creating this album for years. I am so excited for you to use it in your REAL life! 

I am a professionally trained chef with a stacked culinary resume (yes, I was on CHOPPED!). For the last 20 years, I’ve worked in the kitchen.

I am the founder of Cook+Chop: online cooking school. I am Nutritious Life Certified, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a food stylist, photographer, and recipe developer with a stacked culinary resume.

I believe cooking is the highest form of self-care and I want you to experience that magic in YOUR LIFE!
