Hit Send is a three week co-sprint container for creatives and entrepreneurs who want to stop sitting on great ideas and start sharing work.
Each session emphasizes creative follow-through and is designed as a gentle nudge forward.
By the end of three weeks, you will have your work out in the world – not stuck in your head, Google Drive, or drafts folder.
The Weekly Flow: Fridays 12/5, 12/12 and 12/19 from 12:00 to 1:30 pm EST with Cher Hale. Saturdays 12/6, 12/13/ and 12/20 from 10:00 to 11:30 am EST with Carla Contreras.

Here are some suggestions:
- $55 is the minimum to get access to the sessions and bonuses.
- $75 supports Carla, Cher, and the team that supports this work coming together.
- $125 is paying it forward to support another community member's journey.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- What exactly do we do in each session?
Each session is 90-minutes. We start by a quick grounding practice and share our weekly prompt, before naming your “Hit Send” focus (what you're working on that day), then dive into a 75-minute quiet coworking sprint. We close by sharing progress or mapping next steps. It’s focused, calm, and structured but low pressure.
- Is this for me if I don’t have an offer or launch right now?
Yes. This isn’t just for launch content. It’s for anyone sitting on unfinished work: Emails, ideas, posts, offers, pitches, or creative projects. If you’ve been circling something you want to finish, this space will help you move it forward.
- What if I can’t attend every session live?
No problem, you’ll get a weekly prompt to do on your own so you can work at your own pace. Bonus: There is no recording to catch up on. You’ll also have access to the private community to stay connected and get feedback.
- Is there any teaching or training? No. This isn’t a course. It’s a structured space to work in community with others. That said, we do share weekly prompts and guidance each week to help you get clear and take action but the focus is on doing, not learning more.
- What’s the private community like?
It’s a quiet, intentional space to post your drafts, share progress, ask for feedback, and celebrate small wins. No algorithm or feed fatigue. Just a room full of creators moving forward together.
- What kinds of things are people “hitting send” on?
Everything from podcast pitches and sales pages to Substack intros, offers, Instagram posts, visibility outreach, and personal essays. This is about publishing what’s been stuck, whatever that looks like for you.
- Can I get 1:1 support too?
Yes. You can add on a PR intensive with Cher Hale for media + podcast pitching or work with Carla Contreras 1:1 to build your Rising Substack or create your Content Ecosystem.
- What if I’m not ready this round?
We’ll run another round in early 2026. You can join Carla’s newsletter or Cher’s newsletter and get first access when it opens.
